Shipping Policy

  • All products are shipped discreetly. Package labels will read “CA LOGISTICS LLC” and will not indicate what it contains. Your credit card will be billed as “QUICK FIX LLC” for your privacy.
  • Overnight shipping via UPS is available for all products. Overnight orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. PST for next day delivery by FedEx. Any orders past 3:00 p.m. PST will be shipped on the following business day. If you select overnight shipping and it is not available in your area, you will be contacted by our customer service department.
  • Items shipped to Canada are subject to import custom duties and taxes (“import fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for import fees assessed.
  • All shipping confirmations with tracking numbers will be emailed out at 3:00 p.m. EST for deliveries.
  • If your subtotal exceeds $150, your order will automatically be made “Signature Required”. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
  • NO DELIVERIES ARE SHIPPED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

Wizclear.com is not responsible for package tardiness due to UPS error, orders being placed after business hours and processed the next business day, incorrect shipping information, problems with credit card authorization or charging, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, acts of terrorism, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, weather phenomena, and natural disasters.

How long will it take to get my order?

UPS Ground Delivery

USPS Ground orders vary by destination. We ship out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Any USPS Ground Order placed before 3PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the same day. Any order placed after 3PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
 

UPS Saturday Delivery

Wizclear.com provides FedEx Saturday Next Day delivery in some areas for $79. Saturday Delivery is not available everywhere. If you select Saturday delivery and you are not eligible, one of our staff will notify you and assist you in getting your product to you quickly!
